Grenville Germain Complex Calgary:

Located in the heart of downtown Calgary, the Grenville Germain Complex has utilized geothermal technology in order to provide heating and cooling within the building. Pre-heating the boiler system water for the condominium space and offices and utilizing heat exchange systems provides a zero emissions environment throughout the property.

A Heating Coefficient of Performance, which is the ratio of the change in heat at the "output" (the heat reservoir of interest) to the supplied work. A coefficient of performance of 2-4 allows the current system to be 2-4 times more efficient than gas or electrical heating.
